1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or registering an account on RVSIM ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

Virtual phone numbers provided by RVSIM are intended strictly for lawful online account verifications and identity authentication testing. You agree NOT to use the numbers for:

• Any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal actions under applicable national or international law.
• Spamming, mass unauthorized messaging, or automated harassment.
• Bypassing security firewalls or engaging in fraudulent financial operations.
• Violating the terms of service of any third-party app or platform.

3. Wallet Deposits & Payment Verification

Deposits into user accounts are conducted via Dynamic UPI QR codes. Payments are credited only after manual or automated verification of the 12-digit UTR against valid banking ledgers.

Attempting to submit fraudulent, duplicated, or manipulated UTR numbers is considered financial misconduct and will lead to an immediate ban.

4. Rental Window & Automatic Refunds

Numbers are leased for a standard verification window (5 minutes). If no SMS OTP is received within the allocated timeout, or if you cancel the order prior to code arrival, the full purchase price is instantly refunded to your internal platform wallet.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

While we partner with tier-one cellular telephony carriers to guarantee high delivery rates, third-party messaging services may modify their OTP delivery mechanics or block certain VOIP/virtual ranges without prior notice. RVSIM provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted service.
